Esther is a people centred leader whose career has taken her from Rotterdam to Hong Kong and finally to settle in Cornwall, weaving together roles in property, sales, marketing, and organisational leadership.
She began her career internationally with Chevron and Agip, and American Airlines, supporting regional teams and leading complex projects across Asia and Europe.
Making Cornwall her home, she built a strong foundation in property and later moved into management roles that deepened her love of helping teams thrive. She joined the Diocese of Truro, where in her role as Diocesan Secretary (COO), she helped shape the diocese’s vision, bringing clarity, compassion, and steady leadership to a diverse community.
Known for her integrity, warmth, and ability to bring people together, Esther combines commercial experience with a genuine commitment to service.
Outside work, she finds joy in gardening, music, reading, and exploring Cornwall’s footpaths.
