Detailed, conditional planning permission has been granted for the erection of a three double bedroomed (one en-suite) detached house on a pretty garden plot, tucked away at the back of one of the large detached period homes fronting Trevarthian Road in St Austell. The detached house will have parking for two vehicles on one side and a garden on the other. The plots garden and rear garden of the house from which the plot has been taken, are an excellent buffer zone between the two properties.
Planning permission was granted on the 19th December 2018 under planning application number PA18/09481. As a result of planning permission being granted in 2018, we would like to point out that a CIL payment is not required.
