Steve Critchard is a former oil-field inspection diver who moved to Cornwall from the South East twenty years ago to enjoy a better quality of life. He set up the renowned Critchards Restaurant in Porthleven which he ran very successfully with his wife Jo for more than 15 years.
With qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Building under his belt, Steve’s move into estate agency was an obvious one and in recent years he has served as a key member of the sales team in the top performing office of one of the county’s largest estate agents.
Steve said: “I’m thrilled to be joining Lillicrap Chilcott which handles such a diverse range of exciting properties. The company has cornered the market for individual and distinctive properties in Cornwall and I am delighted that I am going to be a part of it.”
Glenn McFadzean grew up in Cornwall and worked extensively in estate agency in Devon before taking time out to experience the good life in the Hebrides. He returned to Cornwall three years ago working for a corporate estate agency in St Austell.
The father-of-four is looking forward to his new challenge and said: “I love working in estate agency and I relish the opportunity to do it the proper way with a professional company that prides itself on offering a professional service.”
Glenn and Steve bring the team at Lillicrap Chilcott to a total of 18 staff that between them have more than a century’s worth of Cornwall estate agency experience.
