Joining the team are Lucinda Mayhew and Jack Johnson. Born in Devon, 28 year old Lucinda moved to Cornwall as a child and attended Truro High School before setting off to travel the world. Her return to Cornwall saw her train as an estate agent and for the last three years she has been based in Falmouth.
Lucinda, who lives near Truro, said: “I am very much looking forward to meeting new clients and to covering a broader range of properties across the whole of the county.”
Also on board is 20 year old Truro born Jack Johnson. A keen surfer and rugby player, Jack went to Truro School and is keen to establish himself in his new role.
He said: “I like having plenty to do and from what I have seen of Lillicrap Chilcott, I am going to be kept very busy indeed! The buzz is tremendous and I am delighted to be a part of the team.”
